Charles Dushek is a Volunteer Director of Business Ecommerce Development for Habitat for Humanity Organization

Charles Dushek is a Volunteer Director for ReStore Ecommerce Operations for the Northern Illinois Region of Habitat for Humanity in August of 2019 to Date.

He was appointed by the CEO, Jeffery Barrett of HFH Northern Illinois Region, and  works directly for him on numerous enterprise projects that will increase passive income revenues and grow Ecommerce Revenues of local HFH ReStore Affiliates.

In 2019, Chuck began a plan of finding the first retail store facility for Fox Valley HFH to open a new ReStore, which takes in donated home goods and building materials from private individuals and business firms for the porpose of re-selling these goods to the public.  Net revenues from a ReStore are used for local HFH operations, and for covering all the building costs of single-familly residences in its area each year to sell At-Cost at Zero Interest Rate Mortgages to deserving families in the immediate area.

Many youth individuals are invited and recruited to participate in these House Builds to learn the skills and potentials for themselves in do Community Service.

Chuck Dushek found and negotiated a Lease/Purchase Option Agreement for the new ReStore for Fox Valley Habitat for Humanity Mall Store Property  at 2302 W Indian Trail, Aurora, IL, in the Cosmopolitan Mall on Randall Road.  This building came to us from previosly being a dual-store building for reatilers: Party City and Office Depot, who had vacated this mall.
