What Flex-Spaces will provide...

1. Sectioned-Off Free-Standing wire-partitioned Flex-Spaces of 500 to +5000 SF for Vendor Seller Monthly Rentals.  Brite-Light illumination, climate-controlled, casualty loss insurance, full-security lockable spaces, and pro-cam mobile-access space viewing.

2.  Flex-Spaces will have a Receiving Dock and Bill of Lading Check-in Service for vendors.  Vendors can set up Drop-Shipments to the Store House for their local Next-Day Pickup and Deliveries to vendor's customers.

We are evaluating the use of Re-usable & Re-Purposable Will-Call and Local Last-Mile Home deliveries to utilize a Zip-Track large heavy-duty clear plastic bag, with Zip Code Label on outside of bag, and Zip Code Labels on each order item within the bag for EZ-Viewing & Barcodes & RFID Tracking.

The Zip-Track large heavy-duty clear plastic bags, will be a well-appreciated benefit to the End-Customer because each of these large delivery bags can be re-used by the customer for Home Storage bags, and the Bags will greatly reduce paperboard single-use shipping boxes, that must be recycled or they go into landfills.

4. Any Vendor can do Flex-Spaces for Direct-Selling to customers during any hours of the day or day of the week that suits your timeframes...in essence, you can have a 24/7/365 Open Store within Flex-Spaces.

5. Flex-Spaces will also be a Parcel Receiving Hub Location for Taking-In Marketplace Vendor orders for Zone-Delivery-Address Sorting, and be the Out-Bound Facility for Local Parcel Carriers to pickup batched Delivery Zoned Area Orders for Last-Mile Door-Step Deliveries.

6. Vendor/Sellers that are physically operating within Flex-Spaces can do their own deliveries, or if the shipping address is outside a Marketplace 315 square mile area, vendors can take any outbound parcel(s) to the Will-Call Services Desk to have it Measured, Weighed, and Labeled to select the lowest-cost carrier of either USPS, FedEx or UPS pick up your Out-of-Area long-distance shipping parcels!
